Crockpot Pork Tenderloin Roast

Ingredients
2 lb. Pork Loin8 tsp Brown Gravy Mix (1 pkg.)1pkg. McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) )5 Russet Potatoes cubed2 cups of carrots, chopped as desired10 cloves of garlic, chopped or pressedSeasoning salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place pork loin in Crockpot in the AM.

Add 2-4 cups of water, Beef stew seasoning, potatoes, carrots, garlic seasoning salt and pepper. Stir water to mix in seasonings. Cover and cook on low while you are at work. Add broccoli and gravy mix when you get home and allow to cook for 10-20 additional minutes.

Seve over brown rice or with toast.

Makes 8 servings, 4 oz of meat each.

    Delicious! I ended up tearing the pork apart while I put some Minute Rice in the crockpot to absorb the extra juice (rather than serving it over rice), then mixing the pork back in. - 11/26/13
