Ingredients
3 oz Shrimp, cooked, deshelled, chopped3 tbsp Onions, chopped1/4 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced1 Lime1/4 tsp Garlic powder or 1 clove minced20 grams Avocado, sliced20 grams Cucumber (peeled), chopped3 oz Fage Total 0%2 Mission life balance whole wheat tortillaChopped cilantro to taste
Directions
Thaw fozen shrimp and make sure dry. Mix all ingridients together except for tortillas. Divided evenly among three tortillas, top with cilantro, and roll up each tortilla individually. Enjoy!
