Ingredients

1 medium banana, chopped into little raisin-sized pieces2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate1 tbsp coconut oil1/4 tsp vanilla1 tsp raw honey or a drop of stevia (opt)
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together on a double broiler over medium-low heat. Stir in honey or stevia, if using, and vanilla and remove from heat. Let cool slightly, then gently stir in banana pieces.
Move bananas to a parchment paper lined cookie-sheet and put in fridge for 30 minutes to harden chocolate. You can also freeze them, but you can't let them get warm at all after freezing or they will turn to mush!
