Chilli & Garlic Chicken with Green Beans

Ingredients
2 chicken thigh boned and skinned, chopped into bite size1 tbsp soya sauce or to taste1 red chillie diced1 tsp cooking/olive oil100g green beans, chopped into 1 inch pieces2 cloves garlic, minced2-4 tbsp water
Directions
Makes 1 serving

marinate chicken with chillies, soya sauce and garlic. (marinating the meat over night makes it tastier or just put in freezer for when you need it)

heat oil in frying pan till smoking
add marinated chicken, cooked till nicely browned
add green beans, cook for 2-3 minutes,
add water till boiling

optional: add 1tsp cornstarch to water first to make sauce thicken
