Blueberry Honey Yogurt Tart (Danielle)

Ingredients
10 graham crackers1/4 cup crystallized ginger1 tablespoon sugarpinch salt3 tablespoons butter, melted1 large egg white2 cups Greek yogurt2 tablespoons honey1-1/2 cups blueberries
Directions
The night before: Strain the yogurt in cheesecloth over a bowl.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray or grease tart pan. Pulse crackers, ginger, sugar, and salt until fine in food processor. Add butter and egg white and mix. Line tart pan and bake 20 minutes, until browned.

Mix yogurt and honey and add to tart shell after it has cooled. Top with blueberries.
