Ingredients
1# ground buffalo1 small can green chilies, drained15 oz red kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 tbs chili powder1 tbs red wine vinegar1 cup salsa3/4 cup water
Directions
On Medium high heat, brown meat and chilies. drain. add remaining ingredients. bring to a boil. reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.
