Vegetarian Spagetti Bolognese

Ingredients
1/2 sml onion100g veg soya mince200g chop tin tomato1 tbsp tomato puree/pasteFew splashes of worchestshire sauce1 tbsp chopped fresh/dried basil100ml vegetable stock75g dried spagetti
Directions
Fry off onions in a little low cal oil for 2 -3 minutes. Add the soya mince and fry for a further 3 minutes. Add the tin tomato, paste, worchester sauce and veg stock and leave to simmer. Whilst simmering cook the spagetti as per pack instructions. Add chopped basil just before serving into mince mixture.
