Cottage Broccoli & Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb package frozen hash browns1 10 oz package frozen broccoli cuts1 10 3/4 oz can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup1 8 oz package fat free cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)2 cups fat-free sour cream2 tablespoons Promise Fat Free Margarine1 bunch green onions, chopped, tops and all1 red or green pepper, chopped (the red makes it more colorful)
Directions
Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray
In the slow cooker mix together hash browns, broccoli, soup, cheese, sour cream, margarine, onions and pepper
Cover and cook on high until hot and bubbly, about 3 hours

Yields 16 (1/2 cup) servings
