Ingredients
4 cups soy milk4 cups veggie broth1 bunch kale, chopped1 block firm tofu2 medium red potato's, sliced thin3 cloved garlic choppedsea salt and pepper to taste(optional) 1 or 2 chicken sausages, cooked and chopped
Directions
Makes 8-12 servings

In stock pot mix all ingredients and bring to boil, let sit on medium heat for 30 to 60 minutes to let flavors combine.
