Ingredients
The brand of protein powder and amout used can, of course, vary to your tastebuds. The flax seeds are higher in calories and fat (good kind), but are optional, as is vanilla. I find this recipe is the best!. You can add 1/2 cup of ice cubes if you prefer a thinner smoothie. Also the fruit can vary to your imagination. Try using Soy yougart/milk too! Put every thing into the blender and enjoy!
