Basic 3 Egg Omelette w ff Ham and Cheese

Ingredients
Whisk 3 Eggs up with the milk, salt, pepper and dill, but not to the point of frothing. Put in sprayed frying pan (Pam does the trick) over med heat. As edges of the egg mixture firm up, lift with spatula to let uncooked egg run to the outside. When egg looks mostly finished, throw diced ham and cheese mix onto one side of omelette and fold the other half on top of it. Give it another 30 seconds and serve onto a plate.
