Ingredients
1/2 cup canned plum tomatoespinch onion powder pinch black pepperpinch salt 1 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
Transfer to microwave safe dish and heat 1-2 minutes.
Makes one serving.
Great for lunch or snack.
