High Fiber Mac & Veggie Jumble

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes (I used ones with jalepenos in it)1 can chickpeas1 box Nature's Promise White Cheddar Shells ( I didn't add milk)8 oz. Spinach1 tsp Garlic
Directions
Boil and strain shells

Heat spinach in microwave

Saute garlic and add tomatoes, beans, and heated spinach

Mix in cheese packet

Mix in shells

Serving Size is 1 cup.
