scrambled eggs MY style

Ingredients
smoked rindless back bacon, 125 gramExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspred onion 100 gramMushrooms 100 gramSemi-Skimmed Milk 120ml (UL) 1/4cup (US)4 small eggsmature cheddar, 40 gram
Directions
saute the bacon, onion and mushrooms in the oil
whip together the milk and eggs and pour over cooked ingredients
mix it all up til its a proper scrambled up mess lol
add cheese just before it's totally ready and mix that in too

    don't forget its breakfast AND lunch - you could even add some nice bread and still have plenty left for dinner :)

    well an omlette is just scrambled egg that nobody remembered to scramble so they are basically the same thing *grin*
