Dressing for Apple Blue Cheese Tossed Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/3 cup olive oil1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 clove garlic, crushed1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. oregano2 TBSP Splendadash of pepper
Directions
Whisk the vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, oregano, sugar and pepper in a small bowl.
Makes approximately 10 TBSP of dressing; I use 2 TBSP for a generous serving of salad
