Ingredients
1 Josephs Pita BreadSliced OnionsSliced Mushrooms2 Slices Sargento Reduced Fat Cheese (Pepperjack is Best)
Directions
Lightly toast Pita in a skillet with Butter flavored spray
Saute Onions and Mushrooms till carmelized
Turn off heat and place cheese slices over mushrooms and onions and cover to let cheese melt
Fold Pita in half (like a taco shell) and fill
