Sweet Poppyseed Dressing (Wendy's)

2 c Granulated Sugar1 1/3 c Apple Cider Vinegar2 tsp Dry Mustard1 tsp salt1 medium red onion, peeled, quartered, & with root end cut off1 c Canola Oil2 T Poppyseeds
This makes approximately 40-50 servings of 2 T Each.
Place all ingredients except oil & poppyseeds in a blender.
Blend until smooth. It will be a soft pink color.
Add the oil & blend again completely.
Add poppyseeds & blend for just a moment.
This is the most delicious dressing -- it is sweet but tangy.
