Strawberry Poke Cake

1 pkg white cake mix1 cup egg substitute1 cup water1/3 cup canola oil1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello1 cup boiling water (for jello)1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding8oz. Cool Whip FreeStrawberries for garnish
Prepare cake mix with 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, and egg substitute. Bake according to package directions. Cool for fifteen minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve jello in boiling water. Poke holes in cake with toothpick. Pour jello over cake. Refridgerate for 4 hours. Mix together pudding mix, milk, and cool whip. Spread over cooled cake. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Makes 24 servings.
