1 c. Instant Oats1/2 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. flour1/2 c. raisins1t baking soda1t baking powder1/4 t cinnamon1/2 t salt1/8 c. oil3/8 c. applesauce1/2 c. sugar2 eggs3 smallish bananas, mashed1t vanilla1/2c lowfat plain yogurt
Mix oats, flours, raisins, soda, powder and cinnamon. Set aside
Mix salt, oil, applesauce, eggs, sugar, bananas, vanilla and yogurt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix to moisten and fill cooking-sprayed muffin tins 2/3 full each cup.
