Chicken Kabobs

1 Chicken Breast (no skin or bone)8 Med mushrooms (sliced in half)1/2 cup med to lrg pineapple pieces3 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette3-5 shakes Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
Cut chicken into large chunks and slice mushrooms in half.
Put mushrooms, chicken and pineapple on squewers alternating. It works best to use the mushrooms on each end so nothing slips.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with balsamic, turn and do the same on the other side.
Cook on BBQ, grill or in a pan about 15 min turning a couple times to make sure chicken is cooked through.
Makes about 4 kabobs.
