Thai-ish Coconut Sauce

Ingredients
Coconut milk, 1/2 cupSoy Sauce, 1 tbspLime Juice, 1 tbspFresh Ginger, 1 tbsp, mincedGarlic, 2 tbsp, mincedHoisin Sauce, 1 tspMaple Syrup, 1 tbspSweet basil, 4 tbsp, shred or chiffonade
Directions
Blend all ingredients together. Use as a marinade, a baste, or cook until thick and use as a dipping sauce. One of my favourite ways is to multiply the recipe and use it as a stewing liquid with chicken in the oven.

Use with chicken, shrimp, veggies.

Serving size is about 1 tablespoon.
