Broccoli, Tomato and Mozzarella salad

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli, steamed1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved1 oz. miniature mozzarella balls, quartered1 tbsp fresh basil1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Steam the broccoli for 7 to 8 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Halve the cherry tomatoes and quarter the mozzarella balls. Toss all ingredients and refrigerate. Makes one serving.
