Jenny's Vegan Spicey Cheezy Potato Soup

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 3 medium (chopped)Imagine Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 2 cupsCelery, cooked, 3 stalks (chopped)Miso Paste 1 tbspVegan Gourmet Nacho Cheese, 1.5 oz (cubbed)Onions, raw, 1 small (chopped)Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper (Chopped)
Directions
Chop up Potatos and celery and cook in a pot of boiling water.

In a seperate bowl add all the other ingredients. Once veggies are cooked drain water and add to bowl. Use hand mixer and puree food. Heat in microwave for 3 mins or cook on stove top tell it's the desired temperature, then use hand mixer one more time to make sure its all blended well.

Serve (add salt and pepper to taste)
