Ingredients
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Bertolli Pasta Sauce Roasted Garlic & Onion, 3 cupRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese*Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 10 ozGround beef, 16 oz *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbspEgg, fresh, 4 large.5 cup onion
Directions
boil lasagna noodles until al dente, dry on tea towels

saute ground beef and onion in the oil until browned, add in 1 jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

mix together the cheese and egg, leaving aside approx .5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

in a 9x13" pan, layer the noddles, cheese and sauce, put reserved cheese on top.

let cool, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

to cook: preheat oven to 350, bake covered for approx 40 minutes.
