Easy Chicken Curry

Ingredients

1/2 lb chicken breast- chopped into 1" cubes1 6oz can tomato paste1/2 cup fat free sour creamCurry powder- to taste2 cloves garlic- mincedOptional seasonings-Cumin powderOnion powderGingerNutmeg
Rinse chicken breasts and chop into small cubes.
Throw into a nonstick skillet (otherwise use a tbsp of butter to keep from sticking) over medium heat.
Add tomato paste and stir in sour cream. For less tomato taste add more sour cream.
Add curry powder and garlic to taste, as well as any other seasonings you want.
Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice or naan and enjoy!
