Chicken Rice and Peas with Rice Blend

Ingredients
16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast 2 cup peas, frozen 7.20 oz Rice-a-Roni rice pilaf (1 box, uncooked) 4 serving Uncle Bens Ready Rice(Brown and Wild Rice) - 2servings per bag2 cups low sodium chicken broth Garlic powder, to taste
Directions
1. Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.

2. Combine all ingredients into a large casserole dish. Add garlic powder now or after cooking. Stir well.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed and the chicken and rice are both cooked through.

Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings.

Notes:


* You can try adding other vegetables such as carrots or broccoli for some variety.

* If you don't use minute rice, cooking time and amount of water used may need to be adjusted.
