Caramel Apple Salad

Ingredients
4 med. apples, red and/or green, chopped into bite size pcs.4 boxes Jello butterscotch flavored pudding (dry)2 boxes Jello White chocolat pudding fat free, sugar free(dry) (can aslo use cheesecake flavor instead)6 cups 2% milk12 oz tub coolwhip FREESmuckers hot caramel topping4 tbs chopped pecan bits
Directions
chop apples into bite sized pieces, can use red and/or green
in large bowl, mix all boxes pudding mix with milk and beat with mixer (or whisk) until it starts to thicken.
fold in apples, cool whip and 3tbs. pecan bits.

I usually put mine in a deep foil throw away pan!

warm caramel topping to make it drizzle-able.
drizzle about 4 tbs over the top to make a criss-cross design or and you wish. (about 1/4 jar)
sprinkle remaining pecans on top and serve.

makes about 25-30 1/4 to 1/2 cup servings -- feeds lots! for small family dessert cut recipe in 1/2!
