Ingredients
Organic Carrots 1 bunchOrganic Celery 1 bunchOrganic Onions 2 Medium YellowWater 2 gallonsOrganic Chicken Broth 1 quartOrganic Skinless Chicken Thighs 2 packages (about 1-2 pounds)
Directions
Dice carrots, onions, celery. Chop thighs in half. In a large stock pot, add water, chicken broth, carrots, onions, celery, and chicken on med-low heat. Let cook for 3-4 hours. Until chicken is cooked through and falling off the bone. Serve.

    I have tried this recipe. It's awesome. It's got a lot of flavor, for something with so few ingredients. Eat it with a slice of bread, and some juice, there's your meal! I recommend it to all. Just make sure if you've got left overs, to freeze it into single serving containers!!! - 7/1/09
