Homemade alternative to icecream

Ingredients
1 small apple2 medium bananas1 cup of strawberry halves1 cup of skim milk
Directions
makes 4, 1 cup servings.
peel the apple
cut up all of the ingredients
add everything to a blender to break everything up
add 1 cup of milk and blend again
add water to get the thickness you want
put the ingredients into a freezer safe container and freeze
