Mushrooms, cooked, 1.5 cup pieces (remove)Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Eggplant, 2 cup (1" cubes) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)*Wishbone, Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1 tbsp (remove)
Heat butter in a wok. Add Onions and mushroom, let them cook to flavor butter. Then add the rest of the veggies. Sprinkle on Garlic and finish with Tempura dipping sauce. Fry the veggies to desired tenderness.
