San Francisco Bagel sandwich (great on toast too)

Ingredients
Fat free cream cheese, 2 ozAvocado, Haas, 45 gramsSundried tomatoes, soaked in water to soften up and sliced, 30 gramsBagel or toast (not included in nutritional value)
Directions
1. slice your bagel in half and toast (or toast your bread)

2. Spread the cream cheese first, then avocado and lastly sun dried tomatoes.

3. Put the top of the bagel on and dig in!
