Ingredients
Yoplait Source Yogurt (0% MF), 1 serving (100 g portion) Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3 berry Splenda, 3 tsp Resource Beneprotein Whey protein Powder (2.5 tsp) or other protein powder Water, as needed
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in small blender. Add water as needed to make creamy mixture.
2. Place in freezer for 20 minutes or until desired time needed to obtain ice cream like texture.
