EASY Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
One regular can (usually 14-15 oz) each of:*Black beans*sliced carrots, drained*diced potatoes*cut green beans*yellow whole kernel corn, drained*beef broth0.5 medium white onion, diced
Directions
Either saute diced onion with a bit of olive oil or add it directly to large pot. Add all other ingredients. If you like your soup a bit... well, soup-ier, either add water or another can of beef broth. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for as long as you'd like... I would do at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I also added some dried herbs (rosemary, basil, thyme) while cooking to add flavor. Very easy soup! Very tasty as well! I hope you enjoy it.

Makes approximately 7 one cup servings.
