1 Box 14.5 oz Ronzoni Rotini (Smart Taste Brand) whole grain (cooked according to package)1 Crown Broccoli trimmed and chopped (steam until el dente)1 cup frozen peas (run under cold water to thaw) drained1 Cup Carrots julienned (used packaged already prepared)1 Can Olives (11 Serv per can) Medium sliced1 Zucchini diced1 Avocado Diced1 Large Tomato Diced1/2 Cup medium Red Onion diced34 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni 70% less fat (you Dice)1/2 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheese1 Recipe (prepared) Good Seasons Italian Salad DressingI prepare it with 1/4 C. Apple Cider vinegar 1/2 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 T Waterand the package of Good Seasons Dressing MixShake
Cook Pasta according to package directions 11 minutes dip in cold water to stop the cooking process drain and Put pasta in a large Bowl
Steam or boil the Broccoli until el dente about 4 minutes dip in cold water to stop the cooking process
chop and dice all veggies & Turkey Pepperoni add to pasta
add the fat free shredded cheese
Prepare the Italian Salad Dressing and Mix it all into the Bowl of Pasta and Veggies Chill
