Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 jar spaghetti sauce (26oz)3 cups Barilla Plus Rotini1 cup part skim ricotta cheese1 cup part skim mozzarella2 cups water
Directions
Brown meat in large skillet. Drain.l Add spaghetti sauce and 2 cups water, mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in pasta. Cover. Cook 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in ricotta cheese. Cover. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6, 1 1/3 cup servings.
