Avocado "Hummus" and whole wheat pita chips

1 medium Haas avocado1 can white kidney (cannelini beans)juice of 1 lemon1 or 2 cloves garlic (1 big or 2 smaller)1/4 cup flat parsley (or cilantro)salt and pepper to tasteabout 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oilpita chips:whole wheat tortillas, cut into trianglesjust enough olive oil to thinly coatdried oregano
Add all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, salt and pepper to taste!
For chips, brush tops of triangles with extra virgin olive oil and top with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Place in 400 degree oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
