My favorite fruit and protein smoothie

1C. blueberries.75 C. pineapple.5 C strawberries1 scoop Syntrax Nectar Protein (I use vanilla bean torte).5C Kefir3 oz (give or take) Almond milk1 cup ice
Directions
Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Enjoy a refreshing, light breakfast smoothie!
