Turkey Feta and Sundried Tomato Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 eggs2 Tbsp. whole milk1/4 cup italian flatleaf parsley (optional)1/2 cup Feta cheese, cubed or crumbled1/4 cup sundried tomatoes1/2 cup breadcrumbsSalt and Pepper to taste1 lb. Ground Turkey (Giada recommended dark meat for flavor)
Directions
In a Bowl:
Whisk eggs lightly in bowl, then add whole milk. Chop parsley and add to mixture. Add Feta cubes or crumbles. Chop sundried tomatoes and add also. Season with salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs and stir mixture. Add turkey to the bowl last, and mix with spoon, but don't overmix! Put in loaf pan that's lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can cut portions to your preferred size, but I did 6 servings.
