Shephard's Pie With A Twist= 1 cup

Ingredients
Directions
* *Italian Pork Sausage, 16 oz * Ground beef, 16 oz * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) * Stove Top Stuffing Mix, 4 serving (1/2 cup prepared) * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped * *Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, 3 oz or Some other cheese * Colby Cheese, 6 oz
Get the Largest Cooking Baking Pan you Have. I use a 9x11 or Larger.
Mix the Hamburger, It Sausage & Onions together.
Place in Cooking Pan
Place Mixed Veggies on top of that
Then make the Stuffing Mix (According to Box)
Then place that on top of the mixed veggies
Cook @ 350 for about 30 Minutes
Then add the Cheese.
(If you can't have Pepper Jack just sub another Cheese, Swiss is Great with it.)
Then put pan back in for another 10 to 15 minutes until Cheese is melted.
Then let cool for 5 then Serve
This should make 16 Cups but, it could be more. If it does make more just shoot me an E Mail @ kbears69@yahoo.com & I'll change it.
