1 rotisserie chicken, skinned and cut into bite size pieces1 tub low fat plan yogurt3 Tbls lite Miracle Whip1 tbls patak curry paste2 tbls patak mango churneyone third cup each raisins, slivered almonds and apricots chopped (half a cup whole)
mix yogurt, Miracle Whip, currie paste and mango churney together, pour over chicken and serve over salad greens. sprinkle with almonds, raisins and apricots
