Sweet Potatoe Delight

Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoesOlivio Buttery Spray (5 sprays)2 tbsp of Sam's Choice Peach Pineapple Chipotle Salsa1 tbs Almond Accents Original Oven Roasted Sunkist
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (temperatures may vary)
Clean 2 medium sweet potatoes
Spray with Olive Oil (Olivio Buttery Spray)
Wrap in foil and bake for 50 minutes or until tender.
Unwrap and cut each potatoe in half.
Add 2 tbs of Salsa ( or according to taste )
Top with 1 tbs Almond Accents Original Oven Roasted Sunkist and serve.
Makes 2 large servings
