Ingredients
1/2 cup butter1 cup sugar2 eggs (beaten)3 med banana1/2 cup sour milk (milk with lemon juice)1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder2 cup flour1/2 cup nuts (optional)or1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg mixture
Combine milk & banana
Add dry ingredients.
Add vanilla and optionals

Grease pan or line with wax paper.

Bake for 45-60 minutes (depending on pan)

Makes 2 loaves (16 slices per loaf).
