Homemade Thick Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt

Ingredients
5 1/4 c Nonfat milk1 pkg Euro Cuisine or other Yogurt culture2 tsp Vanilla extract5 Tbsp Nonfat powdered milk
Directions
Heat milk to 180 degrees; remove from heat and let cool to 112 degrees. Mix together some of the milk with the culture and powdered milk till dissolved, then add vanilla and rest of milk. Pour into jars and incubate for 12-13 hours in a yogurt maker.
