Chocolate Pear Loaf

Ingredients
60g ground oats2 tbsp cocoa powder1 scoop chocolate whey1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda8g Splenda (about 1/3 cup)2 tsp cinnamon1 whole egg300g canned pears (drained)1 tsp vinegar
Directions
Mash half the pears and beat in the egg. Thoroughly mix in dry ingredients and vinegar, then cut the remaining pear into chunks and fold in. Bake in greased/lined standard loaf tin for 40-50 minutes at 175 C.
