Zucchini, baby, 2.25 large Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 6 oz Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Mushrooms, cooked, 8 mushroom Garlic, 2 cloves Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, small (5-1/2" to 6-1/2" long) Progresso Cannellini Beans (3 servings/can), 3.5 serving Celery, cooked, 2 stalks Trader Joe's Organic Chicken Broth (low sodium/fat free), 4 cup whole grain Quinoa .25 cup dry
Combine all and slow cook on low in a crock pot. Takes 3-5 hours depending on how much you make. This recipe makes 6-8 servings depending on the size of your bowls!
