Lemon Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts1/2 c. Progresso Bread Crumbs - Plain2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated2 tsp. Lemon Peel2 tbsp. Brummel & Brown - Spread made with Yogurt, melted1/4 tsp. Salt1/4 tsp. Black Pepper1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder1/4 tsp. Oregano1 Egg White, beaten
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray Shallow baking pan with cooking spray.

2. In a shallow dish, mix bread crums, Parmesan cheese, lemon peel, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and oregano.

3. Dip chicken into egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Place in pan. Drizzle melted Brummel & Brown spread.

4. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170 degree F).
