Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
Tomato Juice -- one canOne medium head of cabbage, coarsely choppedOne medium onion, choppedWhite vineger -- 3/4 cupWater -- 2 cupsWhite pepper to tasteSalt to tasteSugar Substitute -- liquid -- 4-6 tsp, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the sugar substitute. Bring to a boil -- cabbage will wilt. Simmer for 45 minutes or so. Add the sugar substitute at the end. Be careful with the white pepper -- it's potent!
