Quinoa Tabbouleh Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 c. uncooked quinoa6 oz reduced fat feta cheee4 oz. fresh snow peas, tips & strings removed, cut in half2 plum tomatoes, cubed 1/2 inch1/4 c. lemon juice.25 c. red onion, chopped2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
1. Rinse quinoa and cook according to directions. Set aside.

2. In a salad bowl, combine quinoa and all remaining ingredients; toss well to coat. Cover; chill for at least 30 minutes.
