* Water, tap, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * braggs liquid aminos -- USE THIS ONE, 3 tsp (remove) * Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 1.5 Tbspn (remove) * Sage, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Rosemary, dried, 0.25 tsp (remove) * *Onion powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)you may substitute soy sauce for Braggs which i cut in half from the original recipe to save on sodium (though Braggs is all natural and none is added).
Prepare the marinade by mixing all of the ingredients together in a plastic container with a tight lid. Slice the tofu and place in the marinade so that it is fairly tightly-packed and covered with liquid. Cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks, shaking daily.
