Mom's homemade Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lbs of lean ground beef5 lasagna noodles1 can tomato sauce150 grams part skim milk Mozzarella CheeseSalt to tastePepper to tasteGarlic Salt to tasteOnion Salt to taste
Directions
Brown lean ground beef in a frying pan. Drain and rinse beef.

Preheat oven to 350 F

Place back in frying pan and add tomato sauce and spices. Simmer on medium heat until thickened.

Break noodles in half and boil. Drain and place in cold water.

In a casserole dish, spread half of the beef mixture. Place half of the lasagna noodles on top of the mixture. Place half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the noodles. Repeat with the rest of the beef mixture, the noodles and cheese.

Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Let cool for a moment and then cut into square pieces.

Makes 8 servings.
